Terms and Conditions:

I/we, indemnify Bethlehem Flying Club and /or the Flying Club Air Show Committee, for any damages or losses of whatever nature or injuries to me/us or any of our personnel in our service which may/can occur during the Air Show.

** Outdoor Exhibitor stands are for motor vehicles, caravans, aircrafts etc.

• The Bethlehem Air Show will be held from Friday 26 August to Saturday 27 August 2011 at the Bethlehem Air Field.
  All stalls must be ready at 10:00 on Friday 26 Augustus 2011.
• The show times are:
  Friday 26 August 10:00-21:00
  Saturday 27 August 08:00-21:00
• Applications for exhibition space have to be on an official air show application form.
• Only applications accompanied by payment will be accepted.
• No exhibition space or a part thereof may be sub-rented without the approval of the committee.
• If exhibitors withdraw or do not exhibit, the rent will be forfeited.
• If an exhibitor has not occupied his/her space by 09:00 on Friday 26 August 2011, the committee will give the space to any other exhibitor, unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Exhibitors are responsible for the construction of the stalls, platforms, dividers and fittings. All constructions have to be approved by the committee.
• Any dispute has to be referred to the committee. The committee’s decision will be final and binding.
• All exhibits should be fully dismantled and all material removed on Monday 29 August 2011.
• The committee accepts no responsibility for damage or loss due to fire, theft or any other cause.
• All exhibitors exhibit at own risk and in all respects it is on condition that the committee is indemnified from any legal steps which may follow from injuries or accidents caused by machines or articles exhibited by him/her or from any action taken which is necessary to adhere to the regulations.
• Fulminators, explosives and all articles or material of dangerous, flammable or objectionable nature may not be exhibited, unless it is in an acceptable container, small format and fully safeguarded.
• No stink bomb will be allowed on the premises. If it should be found in your stall, you will be requested to vacate the stall.
• The committee has the right to remove articles that may be deemed dangerous, objectionable or inappropriate.
• The exhibitor may install no loudspeaker or broadcast system. 
• The regulations apply to all exhibitors and will form the base of the contract between the exhibitor and the show committee with regard to the lease of the space.
• The committee supplies only one power point per exhibitor. Only two extension cords per exhibit will be allowed.
• Exhibitors have to supply their own tents, tables, chairs and extension cords for power. The committee supplies none of these.
• Only two free tickets per exhibitor will be given.
• No private vehicle is allowed on the premises during the show. Parking for the exhibitors’ vehicles will be indicated.

PLEASE NOTE: 
The committee has the right to replace, change, omit or add any of the regulations. If any dispute may follow, whether covered by the rules and regulations or not, the committee’s decision will be final.
